Frequently asked

Q 01Do I need to book an appointment?

No. The clinic operates on a walk-in basis only. Patients are seen strictly in the order they arrive, with exceptions made at the doctor's discretion for medical emergencies. Typical waiting time is 10–25 minutes, longer during the first hour after opening.

Q 02Can I call ahead to reserve a spot?

Please note we cannot hold a place for you — you are only in the queue once you are physically here and registered at the counter. Reception staff may also be attending to patients at the counter and unable to answer the phone, and wait times are difficult to predict as walk-ins can arrive at any moment.

Q 03What should I bring on my first visit?

Your national ID (or passport) and a list of any current medications. If possible, a brief summary of your past medical history is helpful. First-time registration takes about five minutes at the counter.

Q 04Do you offer house calls or tele-consults?

We do not offer tele-consultations or house calls. All patients must be seen in person at the clinic.

Q 05Do you accept CHAS, MediSave or insurance?

No. The clinic does not accept any insurance, corporate or government panels — this includes CHAS (Blue, Orange, Pioneer, Merdeka), MediSave & MediShield Life, private insurance and Integrated Shield plans, and corporate or TPA panels such as MHC, Fullerton and iHealth. Payment is by cash or PayNow at the time of visit. Patients may self-submit receipts to their insurer for reimbursement where applicable.
